Terms
These terms govern your use of marked.dev, made by the design team at Eno. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use marked.dev.
The service
marked.dev lets you save interfaces, interactions and motion from X, Pinterest and the web into private collections, browse a public library we curate, and give your coding agent access to what you saved through an MCP server.
At launch, marked.dev is free. Each account gets 100 agent searches a month. We may introduce paid plans later; we'll tell you before anything you use stops being free.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use marked.dev. Keep your sign-in secure: you're responsible for what happens with your account. Tell us at contact.marked@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.
What you save
You keep every right you have in what you save, and you are responsible for it. Save only what you're allowed to: the refs you save are other people's work, kept for your own reference, private to you, and credited to their makers. Don't use marked.dev to republish, sell or pass off someone else's work as your own.
To run the service, you give us permission to store, copy, process and show what you save to you and to the agents you connect. This permission ends when you delete it or your account.
The public library
The refs on Explore come from public posts. Each keeps its author and links back to the original. If you made one of them and want it credited differently or removed, write to contact.marked@gmail.com and we'll act on it promptly.
Your agent
When you connect an agent, it acts on your behalf with the access you granted: reading your collections, and saving refs only if you allowed it. You're responsible for what you ask it to do. The monthly search limit applies to all the agents you connect together.
Fair use
Don't break the law with marked.dev, upload anything harmful or infringing, try to access other people's data, scrape or overload the service, get around its limits, or resell access to it. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Our part
The marked.dev name, product and design belong to Eno. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it as is, without warranties, and it may change or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, nor for loss of content you didn't keep a copy of; you can export your data from Settings at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Ending
You can stop using marked.dev and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms; you'll be able to export your data unless the law prevents it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and tell you by email before any change that matters. These terms are governed by French law, and disputes go to the French courts, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
